Jefferson SPCA's Pet Fest Costume Contest has quickly become one of the best contests in the region. Contest Entry is free! 10 registrants per category

THE CONTEST WILL BE HELD FROM 11:00 UNTIL 12:00 LINE UP BEGINS AT 10:00 next to the stage

Celebrity Judges are Angela Hil, Rockin' Dopsie JR., Chaos, Costume Contest emcee is Bruce Katz.
